CampFound does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow persons under the age of 16 to register. While CampFound may collect information about children under 16 that a parent or camp provides to us, CampFound and its content are not directed at children under the age of 16.
We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including for violation of this agreement.
Prohibited Use
Except for user content, the content and information on this website, as well as the infrastructure used to provide the content and information, is proprietary to us. You agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information or services obtained from or through this website. Additionally, you agree not to use this website or its contents for any commercial purpose.

The limitations of liability provided in these terms inure to the benefit of CampFound.
By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"), to the collection and use of your information as set forth in the CampFound PRIVACY POLICY and, if you are a Camp Operator/Service Provider according to the Service Provider agreement.
CAMP OPERATOR AGREEMENT
By using the CampFound.com website (the “website”), you indicate that you have read and agree to be bound by this camp operator agreement ("agreement"). We reserve the right to modify the terms of the agreement and will provide notice of any modification as described below.
This agreement applies to all users who access the website to list camps or other activities on the website and to register children for those camps or activities using the website.
Listing Camps or Other Activities on the Website
In order to post a listing for a camp or other activity on the website, you must submit accurate and complete information necessary to register for the camp or other activity. We shall accept or reject your request to post a camp or other activity on the website and notify you of the decision.
You acknowledge and agree that only you are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the information you make available on the website. You may correct any untruthful, inaccurate, or incomplete information through the features of the website. We reserve the right to amend or edit any information you post in relation to your camp or other activity if we believe it to be untruthful, inaccurate, or incomplete. You acknowledge and agree that you have no control over any information posted by others about you or your camp or other activity.
A camp operator shall provide the operator’s policies and procedures relating to cancellations and refunds to website users before registration for the operator’s camp or other activity.
CampFound Service
Subject to the terms of this agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the website as authorized by the features of the website. CampFound may terminate this license at any time for any reason.
Paid Services
Billing Policies. Certain aspects of the website may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the website, you agree to our pricing and payment terms [link] , as we may update them. We may add new services for additional fees or charges, add or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time, and in our sole discretion; provided that we will provide you at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to any fee changes becoming effective.
We will bill you for your use of paid aspects of the website through your CampFound account.
No Refunds. You may cancel your CampFound account at any time. However, there are no refunds for cancellation. If CampFound suspends or terminates your account or this agreement for your breach of the terms of service or agreement, you understand and agree that you will receive no refund or exchange for any fees already paid for any portion of the website, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else. You will be responsible for any fees outstanding and agree to pay the balance not later than the 10 day after your account is terminated.
Payment Information; Taxes. Information that you provide in connection with a purchase or other monetary transaction interaction with the website must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or other monetary transaction interaction with the website at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes relating to any purchases or other monetary transaction interactions. If we do not receive payment from you or your payment provider, you will pay all amounts due on your CampFound account on demand.
User Disputes
You acknowledge and agree that CampFound only provides a platform and venue for users to learn about and register for camps or activities, and for you to list your camps or activities. CampFound does not provide any services except the website. CampFound has no control over and cannot guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of user content posted on the website, and cannot control or guarantee that a user will complete a transaction with you. If you have a dispute with a user, you release CampFound (and our officers, directors, and employees) from any claims, demands, fees, expenses, or damages of any kind or nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with the dispute.
