CampFound was founded by Shannon Chapman, mom to an active nine-year old, longtime Austin resident with a passion for marketing and a frustration for the yearly camp-booking mania. After years of expending frustrating, time-consuming effort each spring to curate her daughter’s summer camp schedule, Shannon knew there had to be a better way. She designed CampFound as a one-stop shop to streamline and personalize the camp-finding experience, to help families find the perfect camp for their kids – and help camp operators worry less about the challenges of backend administrative operations. Shannon hopes CampFound will help familiies in her Austin community easily find amazing camp and enrichment experiences, while saving time and money!
